Where have I been?

Boy, it has been a long time since I posted anything. A lot has been going on.

Don't ever say that going to a party isn't profitable. A lady commissioned me to do a portrait quilt for her mother-in-law's birthday. So I put that together and here it is....

It is a small quilt. about 10" by 8".

I hand dyed some silk fabrics for it. It was a cool project to work on. I usually don't like to do such small facial features because the faces can become obliterated by the quilting. This seemed to work out.
