Class with Jane

Here I am with Jane Dunnewold. Back from a 3-day workshop with her. It was a fantastic class. And Jane is truley a talented teacher that inspires her students. I learned new surface design techniques. Who knew flour could be a resist. Who knew it could create such great fabric. I also learned how to use other resists such as soy wax and washable glue. After applying the resists I applied thickened dye through a screen or painted it on. I can't wait to experiment with these new techniques at home!
