Gallery 7

The Quilting Arts Society spent the morning at Gallery 7. It is located at 7 East Van Buren St. in Joliet, Illinois.

This just one of the many new galleries of the new artist colony located at the Rialto Square Theater in downtown Joliet. Our wonderfully talented friend Marian Corley is a member of this gallery.

It was a wonderful treat. We all ooo'd and awe'd. I wondered when I could save from my budget to come back and buy one of these wonderful pieces.

Here's Marian. Isn't she cute? I met her five years ago when I had to go to jury duty. You can meet friends in the most curious of places. Just look up and there they are. Oh, yeah, Marian designs jewelry too. It's awesome! She sells it at Gallery 7.

This is Linda Berry. She says she hates to have her picture taken. I don't know why. She looks great here!

Aileen wow'd us with her amazing technical expertise when she showed us the beautiful baby quilts that she designed for her soon to be granddaughter. We can't wait to see the baby all wrapped up in Aileen's lovely quilts.
